Two rounds of revisions to the design, prior to final handover.

Design board for the main components of the room. Options for - lighting, furniture (large & small items), flooring, window treatments.

A floor plan, so you know exactly where the items need to be.

Samples (where applicable) for you to see/feel items prior to purchase.

A product list of everything you will need including suppliers, costings & clickable links.

Detailed information pack with guides on how to help you implement the design.

2 weeks email support from handover of package for any questions or queries.

The estimated timeframe for this design package is approx 4-6 weeks, depending on complexity.

*This is an online meeting, in-person meeting is for Leeds area only.

**You will be asked to provide room dimensions & photographs prior to meeting.

If you love to design & manage your own project, but wished you had access to an expert ear & ideas, this is the design package for you.

We can discuss any of the following, but not limited to -

• Design plans, space planning, furniture planning, lighting design

• Bespoke furniture plans, bespoke finishes

• Colour schemes, choices for furniture (large & small), smaller decorative items, finishes & soft furnishings.

Send anything for me to look over 1 week prior to our meeting e.g design plans, sample links, drawings, thoughts & ideas, mood boards, Pinterest boards etc. Whatever it is you want clarity on or design direction.

The meeting will give you -

• clarity, direction & confidence in your choices

• A plan to move your ideas from the design phase to implementation, a plan to refine jobs into manageable tasks

• Alternative options to really get the most from your space & get it working to its maximum potential

• An expert eye to look at your project from a different perspective, to anticipate stumbling blocks & to give solutions

• Peace of mind knowing your project is moving in the right direction, allowing you to avoid costly errors.

I would recommend booking a meeting at critical points in your project e.g. prior to any major decisions being made, or signed-off. Or at any other point where you feel want expert design support.
