Post-Project Support

Project Coordination - from £750.00

For a small number of local projects, I offer project coordination as an optional add-on to the Signature Bespoke design services.

This service is suited to clients who would value professional oversight during the implementation phase of their project, while still working directly with their chosen contractors.

Project coordination is offered selectively and subject to availability.

Included:

  • Liaison with contractors and trades

  • Design intent clarification during build

  • Scheduled site visits (e.g. key milestones)

  • Review of samples, finishes and joinery execution

  • Final styling guidance

Does not include:

  • Day-to-day site management

  • Programme creation

  • Contractor disputes

  • Procurement handling

Investment: from £750 per month per project
